不可以，因为小学三年级已经用到钢笔了，在考试的过程中都是需要用钢笔或者是摩擦笔来写，一般不不会用铅笔的。

期中考试小学英语抄写单词可以用铅笔来写的，毕竟还是属于小学阶段，可以是可以用铅笔的。
