Health is every body greatest asset. Therefore we must maintain our health for the whole life. We need to exercise regularly to keep our muscles in toned and have a healthy body. To me regular exercise means at least exercise three times a week for at least half an hour. The type of exercise could be done as per individual interest of health status. For example, a sixty old man can just do brisk walking as regular exercise.

Let's Do Sports 'Health is very important to us teenagers. Either study or work is basedon strong body. Doing sports every day helps us keep healthy and energetic. Ifwe don't take any exercise, we may feel tired and get sick easily. Just as theslogan says, "Exercise one hour a day, keep illness away! "There are many kinds of sports we can do, suc.h as running, swimmingand ball games.Now we students have to do too much homework after school. I hopeour teachers will leave us less homework so that we can have more time totake part in sports. I also hope our school can organize more sports activitiesfor us.
