21days consists of my winter vacation 是可以这么写的，但通常不这么表达，这样感觉怪怪的，我的寒假是由21天构成的？时间名词做主语时，无论单复数，谓语都应该用单数哦！切记~~~~~There are 21 days in the winter vacation.
