中英文唛头

1. Shipper/Consignor，托运人,也称发货人，是指委托运输的当事人。

2. Consignee，收货人，位于提单的抬头，是银行审核的重点项目。

3. Notify party，被通知人。即买方的代理人，货到目的港时由承运人通知其办理提货手续。

4. Port of Discharge，卸货港目的港。

5. Final destination，最终目的地。

6. No. of Original B/L，正本提单的份数。

7. Mark & No，标志和号码。俗称唛头即为了装卸、运输及存储过程中便于识别而刷在外包装上的装运标记。

8. Number and kind of packages，件数和包装种类。

9. Vessel，船名。

10. Port of Lading，装运港。

海运提单操作流程

海运提单绝大多数情况下是货权凭证（在一些交易中由于出现特殊情况，也会出现问题）。卖方（发货方）将货物交给承运人（船方）后，承运人向卖方开具一套提单。

一套提单可能有1份以上的正本，常见有1-3份正本。任何一份正本都可以作为提货凭证。因此买方应向卖方索要全套正本提单。

发货人发货后，可通过银行（跟单L/C或托收结汇）将提单交给收货人，或者直接通过邮递，或者通过人转交收货人。

收货人应注意提单上的通知方。提单所列货物到港后，船方会通知通知方，再由通知方通知收货人持提单去港口提货。 交货人收钱的时间根据你们商定的结汇方式而定。如果是不可撤销即期信用证，提单以及其他议付单据交付银行后，银行审核无误就可以将货款议付给发货人。如果是远期信用证或其他结汇方式就要具体分析了。

如果没有验货的话，做单证时候跟包装上唛头印刷关系不大，但是单证一定要跟LC的要求去做。如果有委托验货公司进行验货的话，唛头印的跟要求不一样可能被判定不合格。
