首先要打招呼，Class begins.Good morning boys and girls。

是十分重要的。这就要求教师对本职工作，应具备高度的责任心，有—种强烈的使命感。学生专业知识水平的高低，很大程度上受老师知识水平的制约，如果教师讲课中对教材分析不透。

对知识重点把握不准，要点讲解不清，那么学生听过这堂课就会产生一种模糊的收获不大的感觉。因此教师在讲课前应吃透教材，抓住重点，拓宽知识，使学生每堂课都感到大有收获。

教书育人：

教师法规定：“教师是履行教育教学职责的专业人员，培养社会主义事业建设者和接班人、提高民族素质的使命。教师应当忠诚于人民的教育事业。

“百年大计，教育为本”。在中国经济步入快车道；改革开放已经开辟了广阔市场，学校教师也应结合实际要求，大力提倡爱岗敬业，发扬公而忘私，无私奉献，教书育人，学而不厌，诲人不倦。
