参加BEC考试不需要任何特殊资格，报名不受年龄、性别、职业、地区、学历等限制，适用人群为具有初、中、高级英语水平者，且以从事商务工作为学习目的。

任何人(包括学生、待业人员等)均可持本人身份证到当地考点报名。在华工作的外籍人员和现役军人亦可持本人有效身份证件及两张照片报名参加考试，也可持工作证和单位介绍信报名。

考生在报名后可得到一本内容包括考试范围、考试题型的《考生手册》，供考生参照复习。

You can take the reading, writing and listening parts of the test on a computer using an attractive and easy to understand interface, while the speaking test is conducted face to face. The standard pen and paper version will continue to be available.ResultsA single, overall grade is awarded, based on the aggregate of marks gained in the four components (Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking).
