我们用英语进行口头表达时，经常会用到whenever和anytime这两个词，它们虽然都可以用来表示在任何时候，但在含义的用法上又存在着区别，具体如下：
一：含义解释
whenever 英 [wenˈevə(r)] 美 [wenˈevər]
conj.无论何时;每当;每次;在任何…的时候 adv.(用于问句，表示惊奇)究竟什么时候
anytime 英 [ˈɛniˌtaɪm] 美 [ˈɛniˌtaɪm] adv. 随时;在任何时候
相同点：都可以作副词表示在任何时候
不同点：whenever可以作连词表每次，anytime只能作副词表随时。
二：用法区分
1、whenever可做副词，也可作连词。anytime 只能作副词。
2、whenever是从属连词,引导时间状语从句,比when语气强。用作连词 (conj.)
I'd like to see you whenever it's convenient. 在你方便的时候我想来看看你。
3、anytime 用作副词 He says that we should do it anytime we pray.
他说我们可以在祷告过程中的任何时候这样做。
