1.用作及物动词的help其意为“帮助”,常用于以下三种句式：

（1）help to do sth.意为“帮助做某事”.例如：Could you help to open the window?你能帮忙打开窗子吗?

（2）help sb.to do sth.意为“帮助某人做某事”,其中,不定式符号to可以省略.例如：He often helps me to study English./ He often helps me study English.他经常帮助我学习英语.

（3）help sb.with sth.意为“帮助某人做某事”或“在……方面帮助某人”.有时在上下文意思清楚时,与help sb.(to) do sth.意思相近.例如：You can help me carry the things./ You can help me with the things.你可以帮我拿这些东西.

2.习惯句式中的help，例如：Could you help me,please?你能帮助我吗?

3.习惯用语中的help

（1）help oneself (to) +名词,意为“请随便吃……”.这是招待客人的常用语,oneself有人称和数的变化.例如：Help yourself to some chicken.请随便吃些鸡肉.

（2）with the help of sb.或 with one's help 意为“在某人的帮助下”.这里的with不可用under来代替.例如：With the help of my teacher,I can pass the exam./ With my teacher's help,I can pass the exam.在老师的帮助下,我能通过这次考试

1、help用作名词，意思是“帮助、援助”，可以是物质上的，也可以是精神上的或经济上的。
