能够加入孙桂梅、杨飞名师工作室，对我而言不仅是一份荣耀，更是一种责任，在今后的工作中，我会认真学习，完成各项学习任务，不断提高专业技能，促进专业成长。现制定2019年研修计划。 一、学习目标 1、服从领导，听从指挥，按时参加名师工作室活动，保质保量的完成每次任务，为工作室出谋划策，肩负起英语名师的培养与学习任务。 2、每学年至少上2节英语汇报课，通过研课、磨课、备说评讲送课下乡等教研方式，提高自身的专业素质。 2、积极阅读教育专著，并且写出有质量的读书心得。一个月阅读两本教育专著，每天写一篇千字文，目前已经坚持了4个月，写了21万字的读书笔记。 3、积极参与教育科研，并扎实开展课题研究和校本教研。目前正在开展省级课题研究——《农村小学生践行弟子规促童蒙养正的研究》和校本教研《学弟子规做五星少年》。争取再参与一项英语方面的课题研究。 4、坚持每天10分钟的“英语流利说”练习，提高自己的英语口语和听、说、读的能力。坚持每天20分钟的“Basic English Writing小题大作 英语写作入门”写作训练，提高自己的英语写作能力。 5、做一次英语方面的专题讲座、经验介绍，积极总结教学经验，争做专家型教师。 二、具体措施： （一）积极参加工作室组织的业务培训，提升英语专业知识结构，把培训内容和心得与同行教师做交流，向名师学习。 在学习的过程中，积极献策，为英语名师工作室的辐射、引领贡献自己的一份力量。利用自己掌握的CCTALK软件和钉钉软件，以及在项城课题群和马云乡村校长社区所学到的社区学习知识，构建英语学习网络共同体，依托网络学习共同体“共筑英语梦想课堂”。 （二）以读为本，提升专业知识结构。在课余生活中，广泛阅读各类教育书籍，使自己的专业理论知识有更大的提高。要学习针对中小学生心理健康教育、学生心理疏导的各类书籍，要全面掌握学生的心理特征，善于运用技巧，有针对性地进行思想教育工作。不仅如此，还要多学习教育大师的名著如《苏霍姆林斯基选集》、《陶行知文集》《爱心与教育》等。 努力做到15天读一本书，每天写一篇千字文。 （三）坚持研课、磨课。要想成为一名优秀教师，只有在教学中勤于思索，勤于钻研，不断反思，不断总结，才能有“质”的突破。在教学中，要备好课，要针对教学中的不足及时查漏补缺，及时寻求帮助，及时进行反思。坚持备课、评课、说课、讲课、研课等活动，逐步形成自己独特的教学特色。力求每天有一些收获，每天有一些进步，让自己能够在专业化发展的道路上踏踏实实、稳健地前进。 （四）积极参加课题研究。如果想快速成长，就必须走到教学研究这条道路上来。我将利用英语名师工作室学习的良机，积极发现教学中存在的问题，开展课题研究工作。借助已有的课题研究经验，我将开展英语课程标准学习、英语单词教学、句型教学、对话教学和故事教学的研究，使自己具备英语专业教师必备的各项教学技能。 （五）通过自我反思，提升专业素养。没有反思就没有提高，善于反思是提高工作能力必不可少的一点。每天都会碰到有价值的事情，那些教学实践的火花正是教师提升自我最有价值的素材。所以，我要强化课前、课中、课后反思，撰写教学后记、教学案例、教学随笔等。同时我校将利用学校现代化技术条件，在老师自愿申报、自选时间、自定内容的“三自”前提下，将教师自我确认的“优质课”、说课、常态课等作为教师自我反思的客观材料，自我分析、自我反省、不仅能找到需要改进的地方，而且能产生自主学习、自我提高的需要。 （六）互为良师，建立起学习化互助平台。 青年教师虽然经验不足，但新知识多，思想开放，接受新事物快，这是中老年教师自愧不如的；同样，中老年教师的教学经验、教学风格、教学艺术、教学机智等又使青年教师望洋兴叹。因此，我认为从某种意义上说，不论资历，只要某方面业务能力强的教师，都可以成为师傅。我将以“自主、互动、开放、整合、创新”为核心，在实践中互教互学，以达到相互借鉴、相互提高的目的，形成真正的“同伴互助”。 （七）英语基础能力自我提升。为了提高自己的英语听说读写基础能力，我给自己定一个每天30分钟英语学习计划。利用手机“英语流利说”APP，每天练习10分钟的英语口语，提高自己的英语听、说、读的能力；利用“Basic English Writing小题大作 英语写作入门”这本书，每天坚持20分钟的英语写作训练，提高自己的英语写作能力。 总之，我将会通过名师工作室这个学习平台，给自己施加压力，确立目标，提升自身的专业理论素养，进行教育教学探索和实践活动，希望自己有一天能成为一名真正的英语名师!
