1.A brief introduction to Prison Break(越狱简介）Prison Break is an American TV play series.The series is created, written and executive-produced by Paul Scheuring. Brett Ratner who once directed "X-3," "Rush Hour," and "Red Dragon" directed the pilot and serves as executive producer.Prision Break has won a great deal of reputation.The series won 3 awards and was nominated 11 times in 2005 and 2006 only due to the first season, the most extraordinary of which are Wentworth Miller’s being nominated for Golden Globe Best Performance by an Actor in a Television Series in Drama and the first season’s beying nominated for Best Television Series in Drama in 2006.The series also has a wonderful cast of characters. Wentworth Miller, whose role is Michael Scofield, the main character of the series, has won a good reputation.Prison Break, a process of looking for freedom,demonstrates people's yearning for free and the methods they apply in this process.Michael is the soul of this series.His brother Lincoln is framed to have murdered the Vice President's brother, which is delicately plotted,and soon sentenced to electrocution.In order to set his brother free,Michael makes a very intricate and all-round plan to realize the rescue purpose.Michael is an architect and his brain is three times cleverer than the normal people.He steals the map of the prison where Lincoln is held, and tattoos it on his back.Then he tries to trap himself in a bank hijack crime and succeeds in putting himself in the same prison with Lincoln.After entering the prison, Michael's plan is spotted by some other prisoners and after several deals done,they manage to get out of the prison together.Michael's cell mate is eager to see his girlfriend,so he agrees the plan even though he's to get free in 16 monthes.They dig a hole on the wall right behind the closestool, trying to break through a way leading to the pharmacy which has the closest distance with the fending wall.So Michael tries every means to get the chance to stay in the pharmacy,intending to get the escape route clear.But at the same time, he falls in love with the doctor Sara.Meanwhile,Lincoln's lover V, a lawyer,is also busy with finding evidence to prove Lincoln's innocence. However,her attempt is hindered by some confidential government officials,but eventually finding out the fact that Vice President's brother is still alive.In the end of the first Season of Prison Break,she is shot dead.Going through many obstacles,Michael finally makes it.He succeeds in getting his brother out of the prison though still on the run.That's the end of the Season One.There're totally four Seasons in this series,and many more will happen in the following three seasons.2.Everbody loves Raymond（人人都爱雷蒙德）Everybody loves Raymond is a sitcome which talks about a family and their slapsticks.The hero Ray lives in Long Island with a nice wife,Debra,and six-year-old daughter and twin two-year-old boys.His parents live across the street and his brother lives with them.Raymond is a journalist working for the sports news and has earned much money as well as fame because of this job.He is considerate and mild-tempered towards all his colleagues and families.Although sometimes he also lies,makes mistakes,says or does something harsh,he will try to make up for what he has done wrong in the end.He will flatter his wife just for a "bed appointment";he will try every means to see his parents laugh;he will degrade himself to arouse the confidence in his brother.That may be one reason why everybody loves him. Ray's wife,Debra always cannot get along well with Ray's mother and feel fed up to have his parents continuously visiting them,which in Debra's eyes are harassments, but with complaints,quarrels they feel more attaching to each other.Debra is a very rational and thoughtful wife,who can take good care of the children and save every penny to keep their home budget balanced.Ray's mother is a typical housewife who would like to cook everytime when Ray go to their house."Are you hungry?"That’s the first words she will say. She always doubts Debra's skills of cooking,cleaning or even looking after the kids.So she often do them again even though Debra has just done them a few minutes ago.She just can't leave the couple alone.She cares for her son.Ray's father is very humorous,usually acting like a child.He may even sneer at his own wife,sons,saying something sarcatic but jocular.There's no person who can deal with his temper in this family,on the contrary,they all incline to make him happy.He is old but young in his heart.He likes playing role in a war play;he likes drinking a bottle of juice wine with little left in the bottle;he likes to watch sports game in Ray's house and won't go home.Ray's brother is a policeman.He is huge,brave but single.Ray always play jokes on his brother about his accommodation.Actually,Ray's brother is attractive and popular.He has had many girlfriends but don't want a marriage.He is a very sentimental guy who always wants to share his sensitive feelings towards the life and the world with Ray.He keeps many trivial memories of the past and appreciate them very much.Ray's daughter,Ally is a lovely girl who will raise a lot of strange questions which Ray and Debra always finds them hard to explain.When she isn't allowed to do a naughty thing,she will say"OKey,I'll do it on the twins."Then her mother allows.This family is a very harmonious one in which every member exerts his effort to keep a kinship with each other.Ray is lucky,his families are lucky.God makes them together,so they treasure the opportunity of being together.算了。好人做到底。

The foolish Donkey 愚蠢的驴子It is a bright sunny morning. A man is loading a bundle of salt onto his Donkey. He is going to sell the salt at the market. The man is very excited. He hopes to get a good price for the salt. 一个阳光明媚的早晨。一个人将一捆盐放到他的驴子的背上。他要到市场上去卖盐。那个人非常兴奋。他希望他的盐能卖个好价钱。Donkey: Hee-haw! Hee-haw! 驴子：咿吼------咿吼------Man: Stand still, Donkey! 人：不要动，驴子！Donkey: (murmur) How heavy it will be! 驴子：（喃喃）那有多重啊！Man: Don’t worry.
