The ETD time of the ship is Jul.29,so we planned to make stuff cargo today,namely Jul.25,2014.Unfortunately the port cannot arrange it,which incured the extra cost for handling the cargos.

Due to over booking, the schedule was changed to accomodate stuff cargo and customs declarations, which caused a drop fee of $40.00. Please note this change and we apologize for any inconviences. 【最后一句可加可不加】
