大学生能力技能的培育应以职业发展为中心。
大学生培养能力的途径大体有几种：
1.学习。利用图书馆的资源，多去了解将来想做的工作所需的知识储备。如果未来的工作有技能要求，也可以找相关书籍学习、锻炼相关技能。
2.通过社团实践。大学里另一个很好的资源是社团，不同社团可以提供不同能力实践，比如，如果将来的工作需要多与人沟通交流，那么可以去争取沟通协调的职位，以此来培养相关的能力。
3.找公司实习。直接到将来想要从事的岗位上实习，这是培养相关能力最直接的方式，从中还能了解真实职场的运行状态，和同事之间的沟通合作。现在越来越多的公司会招实习生，在校大学生可以多留意、争取这样的机会。

As far as I‘m concerned,I don't this two things are separated.When you want to put your major into practice,you must have enough knowledge about your major.However,nowaday many college in China just focus on the teaching of major knowledge but pay less attention to the practice.So,in my opinion,after enough major knowledge,we should pay more attenion to the practice.We should learn how to tranform our knowledge into practice.Don't learn knowledge just for the examination.\ In a word,both knowledge and practice we should pay attenion to.But base on our situation,we should pay more energy in the practice.
