1、speed

2、rate

[例句]The rate at which hair grows can be agonisingly slow

头发生长的速度可能极其缓慢。

3、tempo

n.[乐]速度，拍子; （运动或活动的）速度，进度; （下棋的）一着，一步;

[例句]Both teams played with a lot of quality, pace and tempo.

两支球队的水平都很高，节奏和速度都很快。

The general impression of your class is very good,you have a special teaching method and impartial attitude to students.I sincerely suggest you to slow down the pace a little.

The oevrall impression is good, the methods of teaching are special, was able to treat students fairly. Suggest slowing down the teaching speed a bit.
