海绵厂的工作主要分为三种配料、发泡、成型、切割。其中最最重要就是配料了。将原料按一定比例配好才能发出需要的密度和弹性的海绵。这种技术难度相当高，有一点失手就会造成整个泡的绵报废，损失高达上万元。其次成型和切割就相对简单多了。咱先说说配料，这个工作是需要专业知识和经验才能完成的，由于涉及到原材料和配比、配方问题这里不方便公开透露。然后就是讲配好的原料倒入指定发泡窖进行发泡，这种发泡自身由于产生的化学反应，使原料产生高温不断膨胀、膨大，然后再经过在指定模型中发出成型品。第三就是讲2米乘以3米的大块海绵切成1.5乘以2米的二块。再将这二块海绵放在切片机上，调好需要的厚度进行切割，这种切割是可以输入程序模式的。完全有机器自主完成。海绵一般没有废料，只是会在切片的时候需要将大块海绵进行除皮。除去的海绵皮还要经过粉碎加工，卖给需要的沙发厂家。所以基本没有多少废料产生。这里我无形中.已经透露一点隐私了。希望兄弟能够明白，兄弟会不会进行悬赏呢？
