Ways to spend the weekend There are many ways to spend the weekend, everyone has their different way spending it, but in my opinion, I think it is the best to spend fifteen percent of the weekend exercising in the gym, twenty-five percent studying in the school, and the rest, which is sixty percent resting. Exercising is very important for people live in a fast moving society nowdays, urban people usually spending more time sitting in front of the table in the office than going out for a walk, exercising is required to keep a good fit, and well-being, we need a good body in order to enjoy the rest of our life. There is a well-known Chinese sentence is called, "study good, progress more" we need to study, and have more knowledge to keep my mind satisfied, I love being surrounded by books, nonfiction novels, and textbooks, I feel fulfilled by knowing more academic knowledge, and I always know that if I stop studying, then it will be hard for me to catch up on others in the future. The reason that I leave out so much time for resting is that I think we spend too much time working and studying during weekdays, so that we should give ourselve a better quality of resting in the weekends, resting is important to have a better quality of working.
