FIXED 和FIEXIBLE With the rapid development of the society, two kinds of working methods make their advantages known, namely they are fixed and flexible working time. You may wonder which one is better,I think it all depends. Firstly, fixed working time provides people with arranged path of life and working, they can carry out their tasks and enjoy themselves regularly, people are supposed to work from Monday to Friday and from 9 O'clock AM to 5 or 6 O'clock PM. while in the flexible one, people will do their jobs in accordance with things that are changing in their life, such as the traffic jam, the sudden sickness of someone and so on, the only requirement is that they should complete their tasks in time. A coin has two sides, it would be hard for us to say which one is better since there are many differences between societies and cultures, but flexible working time is the trend of the modern world, as far as I am concerned, a combination of them would be perfect and practical. Hopefully that one day we can make most of advantages of both the fixed and the flexible one, and that one day we can work firmly while flexilbly according to our own schedules.

By occupation she is a housewife. The principal occupation of the inhabitants is to feed peacefully on tourists. She is an architect by profession. She intends to make teaching her profession. She has a good job in a bank.
