最大结温是PN结到到芯片pin脚之间电路所能承受的最大温度,是芯片的固有参数,和外部环境温度无关。外部环境温度超过此值时,热量就会传到入芯片,造成芯片物理损坏。所以环境温度为40℃时,最多只能让芯片上升150-40=110℃。就是最后只能上升到150℃的意思。
