Yesterday...Today...AND Tomorrow 昨天，今天，明天To be honest, there are only three days in our life, Yesterday...Today...AND Tomorrow .Yesterday was gone with wind,and we are still uncertain what will happen tomorrow.So we must live in today.Although we can't change the history and predict the future, we can cherish now.There are two days in every week that we should not worry about,two days that should be kept free from fear and apprehension.One is Yesterday, with its mistakes and cares, its faults andblunders, its aches and pains.Yesterday has passed, forever beyond our control.All the money in the world cannot bring back Yesterday.We cannot undo a single act we performed.Nor can we erase a single word we said - Yesterday is gone!The other day we shouldn't worry about is Tomorrow with itsimpossible adversities, its burdens, its large promise and poorperformance. Tomorrow is beyond our immediate control.Tomorrow's sun will rise, either in splendor or behind a mask ofclouds - but it will rise. Until it does, we have no stake in Tomorrow, for it is yet unborn.This leaves only one day - Today. Any man can fight the battles of just one day; it is only when you or I add the burdens of those two awful eternities- Yesterday and Tomorrow- that we break down.It is not the experience of Today that drives man mad -It is remorse or bitterness for something which happened Yesterday, and the dread of what Tomorrow may bring.Let us, therefore, live One Day at a Time!算一算，我们一生度过的就那么三天：昨天，今天，明天。昨天，随风而逝。明天，飘渺未知。唯有，活在当下，虽无法改写历史，也无法预知未来，但求无愧，足矣！每个礼拜有两天我们不用去担心，没有恐惧，没有忧愁。其中一天是昨天，有过错误和忧虑、过失和失误、辛酸和痛苦。昨天已经过去，不再受我们控制。世界上所有的钱都不能把昨天带回来。我们不能为过去的事反悔，我们不能擦去我们说过的每一个字，因为，昨天已经过去了。另一天我们不用担心的是明天，明天可能有逆境、负担，即有着很大的希望，又有糟糕的表现。明天同样不为我们所控制。明天的太阳会升起，不管它是光芒四射还是笼罩着云彩，它一定会升起来。直到它出现之前，我们对于明天没有任何把握，因为它还没有发生。只剩下一天——今天。任何人都只能生活在“今天”；当你我背负起永远存在的“昨天”和“明天”带来的压力，我们就会被压垮。使一个人发疯的不是今天的遭遇，而是昨天的悲伤或痛苦和对明天的恐惧。因此，让我们过好生活中的每一天。

Freedom Choice and Responsibility自由 选择 责任I love choices.我爱选择。I love to walk around in bookstores-not because I can buy all the books,我喜欢在书店里徜徉，不是因为我能买下所有的书，but because I could buy one book, and I have so many to choose from.而是因为我可以买一本书，我有这么多的选择。I like buffets.我还喜欢自助餐。I rarely get to go to them, but when I do,虽然我很少去，但是当我去的时候，the first thing I do is to walk around and see what the choices are.我做的第一件事就是四处逛逛，看看有什么选择。I also like the Internet.我还喜欢互联网。It seems like cyberspace really doesn't have any limits.看来网络真的没有任何限制。There are so many things to discover--- like space.有这么多的东西等待被发现——比如空间。Sometimes, I think we don't appreciate the freedom that we have.有时候，中=国=演-讲-网。我觉得我们不喜欢我们拥有的自由。We are free to make many different choices.我们可以自由地做出许多不同的选择。From the food we eat--- to the places we visit--- to the people we meet--- to the classes we take and on and on and on.从我们所吃的食物到我们去的地方，我们见的人，我们所上的课程等等。But freedom has dangers. If misused, it can be harmful.但自由也有危险。如果滥用，将会带来危害。I could pile a mountain of food on my plate and NOT to eat it.我可以将山一样的食物堆在我的盘子里，而我则不去吃它。It would be a waste. There are many factors that can contribute to a person’s success in life. Whether he is at school or at work, a person is more likely to succeed if he is hard-working, honest, intelligent, responsible, and so on. But of all the possible characteristics that can affect one’s success, I believe self-confidence to be the most important for the following reasons.The first reason is that when a person has self-confidence he believes in himself. He believes that he can and will succeed, and this gives him the courage to try new things. In order to be successful we must be willing to take some risks, so having self-confidence is very important. Another reason is that a confident person rarely gives up. When he fails he tries again and again until he wins. A final reason is that confident people are not afraid to show off their achievements. This is not to say that they should brag, but that they should gracefully and confidently accept the compliments of others. When their achievements are noticed more by others at school or work, they are more likely to succeed. In short, I believe self-confidence to be the most important factor in success. It enables people to take risks, try again when they fail, and enjoy their accomplishments when they win. With these abilities, a confident person can succeed easily at school or work. 自信 促成一个人成功的因素有很多。不论是念书或工作，如果可以努力、诚实、聪明、负责任等，就比较有可能成功。但在所有可能影响成功与否的特点中，基于下列理由，我认为自信最重要。 第一个理由就是，当一个人有自信的时候，就会相信自己的能力。他会相信自己可以而且一定会成功，这一点让他有勇气尝试新事物。想要成功，我们必须愿意冒险，所以有自信是很重要的。另一个理由是，有信心的人很少放弃，即使失败了，还是会不断尝试，直到成功。最后一个理由是，有信心的人不怕炫耀自己的成就，这并不表示他们应该自夸，而是应该优雅、有信心地接受别人的赞美。当他们在学业或工作上的成就更受人注目时，成功的可能性就更高了。 简言之，我认为自信是成功最重要的因素。自信使人勇于冒险，失败了会再接再厉，成功时能享受自己的成就。有了这些能力，有信心的人就能够轻易地在学业或工作上获得成功。 希望帮到你，望采纳，嘎嘎 ！
