片头：title sequence/ prologue片尾: epilogue

prologue,epilogue.当然口语中不会用这么深的词，通常都是用opening,ending.

例句

英文邮件常用表达。

1、Openings:开头

首先点明来意：具体是代表哪个部门哪家公司写此邮件？邮件是关于什么的？

I am writing on behalf of…

我代表…写此邮件。

We are writing to enquire about…

我们写邮件来询问关于...

2、Apology:致歉

除了动词形式的apologize for…，要表达深深的歉意还可以这么说：

We would like to offer our sincere apologies for our mistakes.

我们在这里为我们的错误致以深深的歉意。

3、Attachments:附件

邮件中附有附件：

Please find the document attached.

请查收附件。

4、Clarifications:说明

工作中难免有一些误解必须及时澄清、阐明：

There are several points we do not understand;we feel there may have been a misunderstanding between us.

这里有几个地方我们没有搞明白，也许我们之间存在一些误解。

5、Congratulations:祝贺

表达恭喜祝贺之意：

We would like to congratulate you on your recent good news.

我们在此为你近日的好消息表示祝贺。
