汽车的BACK是汽车调头的意思。

汽车调头（motor vehicle turning back）在允许掉头的道路条件下，使汽车行驶方向作180°改变的操作。有时在停车场等非道路条件下也需要掉头，方法基本相同。

4、在无隔离设施允许掉头的路段掉头，先要仔细观察道路交通情况，必要时停车观察确认车辆前后无车辆或行人通过时，方可打开左转向灯进行掉头，掉头时不得妨碍正常行驶的其他车辆和行人正常通行 。
