怎么控制混炼过程?首先我们对每一个胶种都制定一套标准的混炼工艺,主要从两个方面时间、温度。时间上:我们把前段密炼分三节段,第一阶段生胶塑炼阶段;第二阶段添加小料阶段;第三阶段为添加大料阶段(即加油和碳黑)此阶段用时最长约占整个混炼时间的3/5。时间的控制上我们使用的是时间控制仪。温度上:对每一阶段都规定了温度范围,温度的控制是使用的升温和降温装置,另有温度感应仪进行加以控制。How to control the process of rubber mixing?For every type of rubber, we have a specific mixing process on two aspects, time and temperature. For the time, the mixing process is divided into three phases. The first phase is raw rubber plastication, the second adding additive and the third adding oil and carbon black. The third takes 3/5 of the total mixing duration. We use a special type of equipment to control the duration of each process. For the temperature, we have documented the best range of every process. High performance heating and cooling equipments are used to adjust the temperature, as well as sufficient temperature sensors.注:原文“首先”两个字建议删掉,因为后文没有“其次”之类的衔接词。改良橡胶配方的经验?有:针对客户的要求我们首先设定一个配方,进行各种物理性能的测试,以期达到客户的各种要求。在此基础上我们根据客户的使用效果进行跟进,如:金属的黏结强度更好、产品的老化程度更好、使用时间更长、帮助客户保证质量的基础上降低成本、是否能通过环保要求等等。如何使橡胶连接金属而不至脱落?我们从前处理到硫化都层层把关,每一个关口都做到无失误:金属第一步进行除油、除锈、清洗处理;第二步干燥,清洁后的金属要放在50度的干燥箱内干燥,十几分钟后拿出待用;第三步涂胶,主要要做到薄厚均匀不要有漏涂现象。Do you have experience on rubber modification?Yes. Generally we will draft a rubber compounding according to customer’s requirements. Then we will test the physical performance and do some modification to meet all the requirements. Finally we will keep in close touch with the customers and follow up their application and provide some advices. For example, better adhesive ability to metal, higher age resistance, longer life time, helping customer reduce the cost without quality loss, environmental regulation certification and so on.How to ensure the adhesive ability to metal?We control every process from pre-process to sulfuration. Make sure every process is perfect. There are three steps: first, metal degrease, descaling and wash; second, drying. The cleaned metal part is placed in a drying cabinet for about ten minutes; third, adhesive dispensing. The key points are even thickness and no missing.FYI!!!
