英文书信一般由六部分组成如下：

即：信头 (Heading)、信内地址 (Inside Address)， 称呼 (Salutation)，正文 (Body of Letter)、结束语 (Complimentary Close)、署名 (Signature)， 有时在书信后面还有附言 (Postscript)、附件 (Enclosure)，这得视具体情况而定。

1、信件抬头①Dear 名字，（朋友之间的,非正式 比如：Dear Dan，）②正式的书信中的几种抬头l Dear Mr Zhang，l Dear Sir，/Madam，/Sir or Madam，(写给不太熟悉的人的正式信件)l Dear professor，/Dear Dr. Smith(如果老师有博士头衔就可以这么用)

ü 学会以上几种就足以通用了

2、信件的主体信件的主体一般分为三段l第一段：介绍这份信的目的,比如推荐，请求，回信，投诉等等直接介绍目的式：I am writing to do sth/ I am writing with regard to …/I am on behalf of.../I am writing to complain about

回信式：Thank you for your letter about…/Further to your last e-mail,

通知式：I am writing to let you know that.../i am delight to tell you that.../We are regret to inform you that...

第二段：提供具体的信息第三段：结尾段重申你的诉求，总结你的观点或者升华一下感情。再表达一下对看完此信的感谢。Closing 段：给出三个通用的If you require any further information,please do not hesitate to contact me.I look forward to hear from you.

3、信件的签名

Formal (business): Yours sincerely; SincerelySemi-formal: With best regards; With kindest regards; Warmest regardsInformal: Regards; Kind regards; BestregardsPersonal: Yours truly; Cheers; Love

最后加上你的名字注意：很多信件可以统一左对齐，当然签名也可以往右挪一点。

The Broadcasting Station of Our School

There is a broadcasting station in our school. All kinds of programmes are broadcast here.
