议付行的英文

议付是信用证的专用语，所以真实含义与字面意思不尽相同。议付的真实含义是：当信用证的受益人持单据和汇票提交给议付行时，议付行对单据和汇票进行审核。如果审核无误，议付行当即与受益人协商购买全套单据和汇票，并立即向受益人支付相应的款项，相当于买断该信用证下的单据和汇票。然后，议付行将单据提交给开证行，要求开证行偿付款项，这就是议付。扩展资料：议付仅限于延期付款信用证。受益人可以在交单期或信用证有效期内向议付行提示单据、信用证正本及信用证通知书，并填制信用证议付/委托收款申请书和议付凭证，请求议付。 目前我们国家的银行并不做实际的议付，无论是什么形式的信用证，议付行只是做单据的转递行，并不购买受益人的单据，而是等待开证行的款到达后，直接转给受益人。参考资料：议付百度百科
