看你调试的目的是什么：设备是新来的，需要试着调试下，看怎么运作，看能不能运作，用commissioning；设备在使用中感觉效果不是很好，想通过调整些参数或者零件使它更好用，也就是优化它，用tune如果感觉设备好像有点问题，想调试下看问题在哪里，想把这个问题找出来并解决，用debug
