地理介绍：
渥太华（Ottawa）是加拿大的首都，全国第四大城市，面积2,779平方公里，位於安大略省东南部，渥太华河南岸，多伦多以东400公里，蒙特娄以西190公里。现有100多万人口，大概有3万多华人。渥太华亦被华人简称为渥京。
加拿大与美国、澳大利亚等国不同，没有将首都城市设为联邦直辖的行政区，但是渥太华的土地管理和都市计画是由国家首都委员会负责。
2001年，渥太华与郊区和周边地区小城镇合并，成为规模较大的地区都市。
