Nevertheless, unexpectedly, instead of criticizing me, he encouraged me a lot, said it was totally normal for a rookie to make a mistake like that. Since then, I have become more confident and have got more courages to shoulder my own responsibility at work. I understand now that it is a great trait for a person to undertake what he has done.
