1、connect是正式用语,基本意思是松散的“连接”,指所分离着的事物在某一点上相互接触,但又各自保持着自己的独立性。引申可表示在事物间或抽象概念之间建立起来的一种不十分紧密的关系,即“把...…联系起来”。另外也可表示“衔接”、“联运”或“给某人接通电话”。
2、connect既可用作不及物动词,也可用作及物动词。用作及物动词时,多接名词或代词作宾语。
3、connect后接介词to表示“使与…...连接”;后接副词up表示“接通,连接在一起”;后接介词with表示“与…...连接”、“使有关系”、“用电话同...…相联系”、“转乘,及时赶乘”等。
