要看什么情况， 而且是口语化的还是比较书面的？ 我建议可以用over.....+连词（that, which ...)+否定 , 如：你的反应太过激了，以至于而不能冷静观察事情的真相。You are over reacted that won't be able to obtain the real fact calmly.如： way too.... + 连词（that, which ...)+否定You are way too excited which will lead to lose the real fact by calming mind.
