Compared to traditional inventory management model, applying zero inventory management has many difficulties, however as the national medical reform develops further and health policy and regulation becomes more complete, hospitals will maximize the usage of digitized inventory management, zero inventory management will become more and more mature and eventually take place of traditional inventory management model for medicine.
