有三种情况,1是什么都不加,2是跟over,3是跟of.比如： Don't make such a fuss. made a big fuss over one low test grade. He always makes a fuss of his grandchildren.

用too to 最能表达心情。My parents love me, but they often pay too much attention to my learning

about sth：make a fuss about sth希望对你有帮助

bazillion是表示可数数量的词，修饰不可数名词不合适。就像我们中文里要是说“投入千万个关注”不太合适一样。 pay too much attention是最常用的，还有pay excessive attention，过度关注。
