英文名称：简称ESLs。电子货架标签系统，是一种放置在货架上、可替代传统纸质价格标签的电子显示装置，每一个电子货架标签通过有线或者无线网络与商场计算机数据库相连，并将最新的商品价格通过电子货架标签上的屏显示出来。电子货架标签事实上成功地将货架纳入了计算机程序，摆脱了手动更换价格标签的状况，实现了收银台与货架之间的价格一致性。 电子价签系统有3部分组成：1应用软件： 与门店已有的ERP系统对接，导出商品基本信息和价格信息，然后通过以太网或者WIFI，将更新数据发送给门店的专用AP，在完成数据更新后，自动回收数据，最后确认每一次更新成功；2专用AP： 通过以太网和WIFI接收门店修改信息，然后利用无线信号修改每一个商品的价格，最终将修改的信息回传给应用软件，这样确保每次传输的成功；3电子货架标签（ESL）：对应每一个商品显示其价格和基本信息，通过无线信号接收专用AP发送的更改信息。 首先数据库里的商品信息由主计算机通过电子货架标签系统应用软件作编码处理，然后将需要更新的价格等信息通过以太网（或串行通讯口）传送到激发器；激发器驱动环形天线将载有商品数据信息的RF无线电信号发送至整个卖场（这里的环形天线通常布置在卖场天花板上围绕着整个卖场建筑，将RF无线信号的覆盖范围限制在一个特定的封闭空间内部）；电子货架标签是一个个带身份识别码的无线数据接收器，它们能够将接收到的RF信号还原成有效的数字信号并显示出来，电子货架标签系统具有点对点和群发两种通讯功能，即：主计算机既可以对某个指定标签进行传送数据，也可以一次性地对所有标签进行控制。每个电子货架标签内部都存储有对应商品的多条信息，营业员可以借助智能手持终端设备方便地查询核对。货架标签放置在特制的PVC导轨内（导轨固定在货架上），也可以设置为悬挂式或者致力式多种结构。电子货架标签系统还支持远程控制，总部可以通过网络对其连锁分部的商品统一标价管理。内部都存储有对应商品的多条信息，营业员可以借助智能手持终端设备方便地查询核对。
