It was at 9PM and more on 11 August and at 0:10am on the 12th that I respectively reserved rooms in your hotel, And I paid by credit card, there are also SMS confirmation here, but it showed that the reservation is not secuessful, and I don't get any confirm email that I reserve the rooms sucessuflly.I am very worried about it. Name,I've ordered a room at about 21:00, Aug.11 and 00:10, Aug.12 on the website of you hotel. I've paid the money by my credit card and received the reply message, however, the page on the website told me the order was not successfully completed and no e-mail of any kind of reply has been sent to me since then. Hi,I made reservation of your rooms at about 9 PM on Aug-11th and at around 10 past 12 mid night of Aug-12th. the fund has been deducted from my credit card and also I received a text message in return. however the website didn't show the booking was successful at that time and also I haven't received any e-mail for confirmation of booking till now.
