2021年2月27日，MBA初试成绩终于公布了，当天就有很多的同学查到了自己的分数，有人欢喜有人愁，也有人已经准备开始复试调剂了。在这里我也想说下，国家线虽然还没有公布，但历年的国家线摆在那里，简单来说总分170分，英语小分42以上还是有机会的，提前准备好复试调剂，说不定就录取了。今天要给大家分享的是复试中英语口语的技巧一般来说，MBA复试的英语口语考查环节，是以自我介绍和3个自由提问的题目组成的。而自我介绍一般在老师的发散提问之前，所以我们可以说：自我介绍决定了后面问题的走向。这提醒我们自我介绍内容设置的关键性。 那么首先，一个合格的自我介绍应该怎样构成呢？自我介绍的基本架构1. Greeting-问候2. Basic Information-简单介绍基本信息（姓名，大学和本科专业）注：有个别的学校不能透漏姓名！3. Personal advantages-个人优势、特点展示4. Reasons for MPAcc考研动机5. Ending结尾 怎样才算“好”的自我介绍首先自我介绍不讲“废话”一般来说，留给你做自我介绍的时间是1到2分钟，在正常语速的情况下，这个时间只允许你讲200词左右的英文文段，所以我们在注意言简意赅的同时，更要注意——不能讲废话。什么是废话？与你考取此专业研究生无关的信息。比如在第一阶段介绍基本信息时，有人会这样讲：My name is Xiaoming, I come from XXX, which is a beautiful small town in the Northwest China.我们可以观察到这句话有一半的信息是在介绍自己美丽的家乡小镇，这句话也大量出现在同学们自我介绍的开头几句中，这并不奇怪，毕竟大家用的都是广为流传的“模板”。这句话有错误吗？介绍自己的家乡有问题吗？没有问题。但自我介绍的作用是“展现自己的优质+埋伏给老师提问的题眼”，所以我们完全可以把后半句去掉，把这大概十个词左右的空间留给自己来介绍专业学习或者实习经历等部分的内容，在会计硕士MPAcc考研复试的场合下，是不是比介绍家乡更有意义呢？而且，如果老师确实对你来自哪里感兴趣，这个问题不就可能会出现在后面的自由提问里吗？这样，我们完全可以把这里当成一个题眼，对老师后面要问的问题也有了提前准备的机会。再比如在第三阶段展示个人特点时，有的同学会这样讲：I am an outgoing person and often help others, even if I encounter difficulties, I will be very optimistic.So I believe that I can deal with the difficulties in my future study.同样的道理，这句话没有错，但是放在自我介绍里，就是比较典型的“废话”了：用了大概30词的篇幅却只讲了自己外向乐观的性格，而这本身完全可以用几个词说完。这句话不适合放在自我介绍里的原因同上面的家乡介绍部分。看到这里，很多小伙伴欲哭无泪，这些都不要说，那我说什么呀？在这里提醒各位：说面试老师想听的。 其次给自己贴上老师喜欢的标签我们的主线任务始终是：让老师对自己印象深刻。这一任务我们可以在第三、四阶段，也就是个人优势和考研动机的展示部分中达成。那么就没有比“贴标签”更快的让人记住自己的方法了。那么我们就来梳理一下老师会欣赏的标签：专业学习能力强，积极考证，有专业相关的实习经验，对本专业了解充分，有相关的职业规划，逆商高……细心的同学已经从这些标签里找到了自己要在自我介绍里重点介绍的部分，没错，自我介绍的第一步就是从自己的过往经历中挖掘能够贴合以上标签的经历。也就是说，如果你的成绩好，或者有考取的证书，就突出自己的学习能力；如果你有相关的实习经历，就谈谈你在实际操作后的感受，也可以自然过渡到在研究生阶段further study的话题；如果这些经历都没有，那么至少你一定有备考的心路历程，以及对本专业的关注和见解，这些都可以拿出来讲一讲。重点是，这些内容都与你的面试与考研密切相关，相关的就是老师愿意听的。比如：（强调学习能力强）In the past three years, I have been ranked in the top 10% of the grade with an average score of more than 90, and I have won the National scholarship.（联系到未来的专业学习）The financial knowledge that I learned in my major has laid a solid foundation for me to better understand what I will learn in my postgraduate period.（强调实习经历）I strove for the opportunity to take part in the audit work in XX accounting firm，which helped me receive more information about this field.（联系到未来的职业规划）I believe I can do well in this major after my entrance, which will also help me to get a relevant job in this area in the future.最后总结一下要想MBA面试表现好，须将以上标签与自身的经历相结合，突出自己在学习能力，实践经历或对专业的了解方面的亮点，所有内容都围绕你所要考的专业以及考研这件事，就会给老师“思维清晰，目标明确”的印象，从而得到更好的评价。 相信看到这里的你，对于英语包括中文自我介绍要说什么，有了更清晰的了解。
