法律分析：拿到判决书不必然是纠纷的终结。首先的得看你的是什么判决书。首先得看你拿的判决书是胜诉判决书还是败诉判决书。所谓胜诉判决书败诉判决书都是通俗的说法，用法律术语开讲就是你的诉请是否得到支持。如果你的诉讼请求得到支持，那么你的官司就打赢了。判决书就是你想对方主张权利的法律凭证。可是你的诉请如果没被法院支持，你拿了判决书也是白拿。这个时候你还得上诉。如果是二审判决书判决你败诉了，上诉通道已经关闭，你就只能申请再审了。至于再审能否被支持，都不影响生效判决书的法律效力。所以说这个时候你拿到判决书也是白拿。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国行政诉讼法》 第八十五条 当事人不服人民法院第一审判决的，有权在判决书送达之日起十五日内向上一级人民法院提起上诉。当事人不服人民法院第一审裁定的，有权在裁定书送达之日起十日内向上一级人民法院提起上诉。逾期不提起上诉的，人民法院的第一审判决或者裁定发生法律效力。

诉讼是案件从受理到判决、执行的整个过程。胜诉是指法院的判决支持或者否定一方的诉讼请求，获利方也就是胜诉方。起诉指的是一方当事人向法院提起诉讼。起诉过了诉讼时效后胜诉权就会消灭，但仍享有起诉权，意思就是说虽然过了诉讼时效，但是当事人仍可以向法院提起诉讼，法院应当受理，但是如果被告以诉讼时效为由抗辩，法院会裁定驳回起诉，原告的诉请求得不到法院支持，自然也就无法胜诉了。
