学英语口语的材料推荐如下英美剧电影：
1、老友记（1994-2004）。这部剧太经典了，我听说过很多人通过看这部剧就掌握了英语口语。
2、How I met your mother 老爸老妈浪漫史。这部剧同样经典，很生活化。爱情公寓很多情节原封不动copy这里面的。最左边的Barney就跟吕子乔的角色一样一样的。
3、 Desperate housewives 绝望主妇。这部剧有点阴暗，但是每一集的故事很棒。台词很是讲究，描述了美国中产阶级的家庭生活。
怎么提升英语口语能力？
找到比较优质的中英字幕的视频（英美剧电影、 Ted演讲等等），第一遍可以先看一遍，了解内容（剧情），纯看。第二遍开始跟读，记得一定带中英字幕跟读（至少要有英文字幕）。
遇到阻碍你往下读的单词，暂停把单词和所在的句子记在笔记本，查字典。然后进度往前回退一点把这个单词和句子再过一遍。
