Dear Hotel Salesperson:I ***representing the marketing team of ****** Ltd would like to book a conference room and accommodation rooms in your hotel. We are planning to have 150 attendees invitedon 16 - 18 Feb 2016. The conference room should be big enough to accompany atleast 150 members.
