运费支付地点(FreightPayableat):此栏按信用证的规定填写。
一般根据成交的价格条件分为两种:若在CIF和CFR条件下,则注明“FreightPrepaid”或“Freight Paid”;FOB条件下则填“Freight Collect”或“Freight Payable atDestination”。若租船契约提单有时要求填:“Freight Payable as PerCharter Party”。有时信用证还要求注明运费的金额,按实际运费支付额填写即可。
收货人要按合同和信用证的规定来填写。一般的填法有下列几种:
(1)记名式:在收货人一栏直接填写上指定的公司或企业名称。该种提单不能背书转让,必须由收货人栏内指定的人提货或收货人转让。
(2)不记名式:即在收货人栏留空不填,或填“To Bearer”(交来人/持票人)。这种方式承运人交货凭提单的持有人,只要持有提单就能提货。
(3)指示式:指示式的收货人又分为不记名指示和记名指示两种。

FREIGHT COLLECT 是运费到付,也可以是由卖方支付.
一般来说,是PREPAID还是COLLECT和CIF与FOB没有必然的等同关系,是外贸公司根据其进出口的习惯同船公司来商定的.
关键要把握PREPAID是预付运费,COLLECT是到付运费,CIF时价格里含运费(运费由出口商承担),FOB是不含运费(由进口商承担)就可以了.
如果是出口提单上显示的,尤其要注意:
一,是否已经收回货款;
二,是否是国外客户指定货代;
三,是否符合L/C要求.
