i had a serious fight with a shop in Tmall recently. The whole thing was like this:i bought an Android pad in this shop, however, its qualitiy was very bad, so i decide to return it. However, the seller refused my requirement, and at last, the customer service interrupted to help us solve this argument. After that, the customer service told me that only when i got the test report from the manufacturer could i got the support , but the pas from this manufacturer hardly had any after-service,so i had no way to get the test report.
