主语是parents（复数），both表示都是，是肯定语气，所以宾语和主语要一致啊，都需要是复数，比如：we are the champions.we are animals.they are trees.如果doctor要用单数句子应该改为：neither of my parents is doctor.( 我爸妈都不是医生。这里neither否定，neither后面一般用单数)又如：either he or she is doctor.(医生不是他就是她，either部分否定，后面一面也接单数)这种语法需要语感，多读点句子,要么就只有去学无聊的语法。
