1)你教了几年书?How long have you been teaching?I have been teaching for...2)有教小学的经验吗?Did you have any experiences teaching inelementary school/primary school?Yes, I did. or No, I didnt.3)你打算怎么样给小朋友上课?How are you going to give lessons tolittle kids?I think I am going to use all kinds ofmaterials that are available like CD player, pictures, word cards, TV, magazines,games ects in my lessons. I am going to use different teaching meathods to helpchildren with different learning styles.4)能否示范一下?Can you demonstrate one lesson?Sure. If I teach days of the week, I willteach children a song: Sunday, Monday...(用twinkle twinkle little star 的tune)5)你觉得教小学生跟教中学生有什么不同?What is the difference between teachingelementary school children and the junior high school children?well, when teaching little kids a teacherhas to be more patient. He/she has to use lots of songs, games, body languageto help student learn English. The forms of each lesson should be different.Teaching junior high school kids is alittle bit different. I can introduce some grammar. I can give them morewritten work and I can have more discussions with the children.6)如何让小学生对英文感兴趣?How are you going to keep the studentsinterested in learning English?7)如何将你的课上得有趣?How are you going to keep your lessonsinteresting?这两道题的答案是一样的,只不过问的形式不一样.I will try my best to use all the teachingmethodologies I learned at school to reach each child. Stories, poems, riddles,jokes songs are all good for little kids. I will have them practice English asa whole class, group work, pair work or independent work. Whatever works outfor the children I will do it. There is never one way to success.

关于介绍自己的：Could you say something about yourself? Could you sell yourself within a few minutes?这个问题可以说是大众问题了，通过这个问题，面试官一方面大致把握一下你的英语水平，一方面找到和你交流的突破点，探寻本质，打破沙锅是人力资源经理的一惯作风，因此回答这个问题时务必事实求是，否则后面很可能无法自圆其说。关于应聘动机的：Why do you wanna work for us? What makes you come here today？面试官想了解一下你的求职动机，看看你对公司是否有所了解。请在回答这个问题的时候充满信心，不要说是来试试的，要事先将公司信息整理好并梳理一下和自己的职业技能相结合来介绍。关于你的弱点：What do you think is your greatest weakness? May I know it?注意后面那句是客气的，千万别说No，也别说"I don't think I have any weakness"。客观地评价一下自己确实存在但对工作并不重要的缺点是一个不错的办法，当然别忘了要提一下你将采取什么样的办法来克服或弥补自己的缺点。关于你过去的工作：How do you like your last job? Why did ya leave your last job？面试官想通过你对过去的工作的看法，了解你对今后的工作态度。事实上你既然做过以前的工作，那么应该多少还是比较喜欢的，不妨谈谈过去的工作特点和你所负责的主要任务，但要突出过去的工作趋于平淡且失去挑战性，你可以在更艰巨的任务和岗位中发挥能力。同时面试官极有可能问你以前的同事和上司的一些问题，切记不要把责任归咎到别人身上。关于你将来的打算：How long do you propose to work here?简洁的几句话表达出你希望在这个公司一直工作下去即可，同时要体现出你的上进心，渴望与公司一起发展和进步，不断提升自己。
