“travel”和“tourist”这两者的区别：
一、travel是最为普通的用语,常用作抽象名词，泛指“旅行，旅游，游历”，无路程的含义。指具体旅行时常用复数，此时travels前面常有his等修饰词，但前面不用many或数词。
He came back home after years of foreign travel.
国外多年旅游后，他回了家乡。
二、tourist可以用作名词，可以翻译为旅行者、观光者，等等。复数是tourists。

在现代英语中，trip和journey常可通用，搭配动词有：make，take和go on。
