我去过一次差不多的面试,一天试讲了几次,希望可以给你参考一下。 第一轮面试是给你一篇文章,是寓言故事《矛与盾》,应该听过吧?有中文和英文。中文可以像讲故事一样念给孩子们听,但是英文的必须自己讲述并且要表演。我是拿了一支笔当矛,一本书当盾牌,表演给他们看,那个人是怎么吹嘘他的矛和盾的。学生都是小朋友,所以你不用讲太难也不用表演太难。很简单的,但是你要记住,就算是讲故事,作为老师你也必须传达给学生应该学到的知识,比如我讲的那个故事,最重要就是让他们知道什么是矛盾,contradiction。这才是目的。 第二轮面试是考专业的知识了,就是给你几分钟讲解一下过去式。这个不用说了,自己看看语法书吧。 第三轮面试就全是表演了。表演了俩题目,一个是一个疯子在菜市场撒泼,周围的人对他指指点点,你都要表现出来。第二个题目是他给了几个自选一个,什么恋人见面了,什么家里吵架了,自己选个。我选的是个小朋友考试不及格,怕回家挨打,在门口不敢回家。没有什么好难的。对了,那个校长还要求我教了孩子们一首英文歌。我能说的就这么多了,幼儿英语不是很难的。你要放轻松,不要紧张。呵呵,加油。现在工作不好找,当初那个校长让我去我没去,我都后悔了。
