我去过一次差不多的面试，一天试讲了几次，希望可以给你参考一下。 第一轮面试是给你一篇文章，是寓言故事《矛与盾》，应该听过吧？有中文和英文。中文可以像讲故事一样念给孩子们听，但是英文的必须自己讲述并且要表演。我是拿了一支笔当矛，一本书当盾牌，表演给他们看，那个人是怎么吹嘘他的矛和盾的。学生都是小朋友，所以你不用讲太难也不用表演太难。很简单的，但是你要记住，就算是讲故事，作为老师你也必须传达给学生应该学到的知识，比如我讲的那个故事，最重要就是让他们知道什么是矛盾，contradiction。这才是目的。 第二轮面试是考专业的知识了，就是给你几分钟讲解一下过去式。这个不用说了，自己看看语法书吧。 第三轮面试就全是表演了。表演了俩题目，一个是一个疯子在菜市场撒泼，周围的人对他指指点点，你都要表现出来。第二个题目是他给了几个自选一个，什么恋人见面了，什么家里吵架了，自己选个。我选的是个小朋友考试不及格，怕回家挨打，在门口不敢回家。没有什么好难的。对了，那个校长还要求我教了孩子们一首英文歌。我能说的就这么多了，幼儿英语不是很难的。你要放轻松，不要紧张。呵呵，加油。现在工作不好找，当初那个校长让我去我没去，我都后悔了。
