And they’ll be divided into groups of four to have a discussion. 　　The purpose is to inspire the students to read actively, not passively. In addition, the task is to develop the students’ reading skill by making prediction and to encourage the students to express their thoughts in English and cooperate with each other. 　　 Task 2 Main idea of each paragraph 　　Cooperative learning can raise the students’ interest and create an atmosphere of achievement. Based on this theory, I divide the whole class into 4 groups to skim the whole text and get the main idea of each paragraph. 　　 Step 3 Reading for comprehension 　　The purpose of reading is to get the correct and useful information. Students should not only have a high speed of reading but also have a correct understanding of details. Therefore the following practices on Page 35 can help check the situation. 　　 Step 4 Solving difficult language problems through reading 　　It’s important for language learners to learn important rules of grammar and use these rules to solve problems in reality. In the previous process of reading, the students must come across some difficult language obstacles, so it’s necessary for us to discuss and explain. This period of time belongs to students. They can ask any questions they come across in the process of learning. I’ll explain the questions and difficulties. 塔客学院塔主：崔冕第一部分：面试的时候该讲什么？操作流程如下：先列出来一份你第一反应自己想去讲的内容，1，2，3，4……然后告诉自己 —— 这些都不能讲。你想到的别人都想到了，尤其避免：讲各种从句、后置定语、虚拟语气…… 这些高中语法里面貌似很强大复杂的语法，不是说他们不好，只是大家都用这些把戏秀逼格，这种逼格越秀越low。而且，我自己去参加过几次教师面试，讲这个主题的都讲得烂了。划掉了这些大路货之后，开始问问你自己：我的优势是什么？ 如果你口语好，就挑能展现你口语的片段。如果你阅读有技巧，就揉一些你的阅读心得。如果你写作好，就不经意丢一篇自己写的美轮美奂的例文进去。如果你说，我四项全能，挑花眼了怎么办？接着看。10分钟之内你能展示什么，就赶快展示。虽然人力部通常让你准备20分钟，但是一般没人把自己的内容都讲完，大多数都是把面试官搞无聊了，然后越靠后的越没时间讲。所以，头5分钟格外重要，有话赶快在前5分钟说完，千万别跟面试官憋大招。展示的内容你可以自己定，但是有这么几个原则要注意：1. 要有逻辑。你说的每一句话跟下一句话之间都必须用一个且仅一个逻辑推理到达，不要有逻辑跳跃，如果让面试官听不懂了，你会死得很惨。2． 要有新知识。如果面试官听完之后觉得“咦? I learn something new today.” 你就赢了。请注意，你的面试官很有可能是罗辑思维粉，很有可能也天天看奇葩说，所以你看到的梗他可能都知道，千万不要用人云亦云梗。我建议打专业牌。如果你是英语系的，丢一两个语言学小道理进去，如果你是外贸转英文老师，丢几个跟外国商人交流的例子进去；如果你是理工男转教学，把你那些几辈子都用不上的公式和自然科学道理晒一晒，面试官通常都是有理工阴影的人，看见你就崇拜了！中心思想：面试官的生活其实很枯燥，外加看了几百万个老师讲虚拟语气了，你就别折腾他了。3. 尽量有有趣的互动环节。这个不强求，不过如果你的课上有一些观众能参与的小游戏，可能会让人印象深刻，毕竟面试官参与过一次，就会不一样。不过这一条要看你自己的状态，你平时的教学方式。我个人来说，如果看到有人用游戏，就算搞砸了，也会比较赞赏这种探索精神，不过我只能代表我自己。说到这里，我觉得你可能要重新整理一下思路，考虑面试选择什么内容之前，先考虑一下自己的优势、面试的特点（时长、受众），最后决定内容。我见过面试时只分析了一句话的，也有只讲颜色词汇的。讲那一句话可以把语法说得好清楚，把文化说得很透彻，都是好；讲颜色的那位做了个可爱的小游戏，让整个教室都不亦乐乎，其实说的只是orange, red, pink, yellow…之类的小词汇。他们都被雇佣了。最后，有一位热心塔客Jinjin老师也热心给你出了很多主意，我也贴在这里：面试要be personal， 一定要跟自己的经历联系起来。研究下买方的需要，罗列下自己的长短处（最闪亮的不超过3点！）。具体一个问题，先中规中矩答下，再用自己的经历举例（以有趣的故事让人对你的专业性，个性都印象深刻）。比方翻译，可以说中翻英难啊，“境界”我想了很久翻成blah blah, 英翻中也难啊，“ inner peace” 翻成“淡定”也不恰当呀。自己的经历嘛，就要反复推敲，不能太长（女生看过来，一堆没用的交代和细节是不能要的） ，太短（ 男生们，说一两句是没用的）。功夫到家的话，你能把买方绕进你想让他问的问题，然后你把自己的最闪亮的重点推出来，那就是大神级别了。一定要准备如何答自己的弱项，争取自己主动抢答。立马加分。Last but not least, 抓住机会有合适的问题给对方。人人都喜欢要attention的，有个互动，在万万不行时，你也可以歇口气。第二部分：面试时不该讲什么毕业季尾声，不少同学已经找到了合适的工作，也有像这一位一样，扛在最后等自己最喜欢的公司。你们都做足了调查，我就不啰嗦别人写过的东西了，我写几个别人一般不告诉你的。1 想搏出位？真实比装有用。先给你举个形象的例子，今年为什么美国人宁可选了口无遮拦的川普，也不要选精心装扮的希拉里？就因为川普大叔纯真啊。我再明白的说，你如果就是个率真的女汉子，就千万不要面试的时候装女神，女神有多累多孤独多恐惧，只有女神自己知道。今年我看了一本书，叫做 Trying not to Try，作者是一位研究中国哲学的美国人，外国人看中国文化，总能有诡异而又难辨驳的结论。他说所谓“无为”的境界，其实就是 trying not to try，不让自己那太努力粉饰的心躁动，一个放松自然的人其实更加可爱。怎么达到这个境界呢？你得问自己，我为什么要这份工作？而且答案必须不能是“我就觉得这个工作赚钱多”。 挖掘一下你自己的内心，为什么做这个工作？照着这个方向去准备自己的面试问题。此处读过《教学的元素》的同学，完全可以从这本书里找到若干面试话术，让你一秒给出清新脱俗，人啊，想要口吐莲花，真的需要读书！例如，如果你要到培训机构教书，就不要说“我觉得培训学校赚钱多，我原来在的公立学校又辛苦又钱少”。这个答案肯定会被鄙视。相比之下，另外一个答案“我期望能够有更大的影响力，在公立学校三年教一个班，而培训学校里，可以让我用更有效的方法，在一个暑假就教200多个同学，我希望能够用自己的能力帮助到更多的学生。”，就听起来顺耳好多。你看，我还是在教你诈，请不要套用我的答案。因为，好几万人都看这个微信平台，今年大家都说要教“200个学生”，面试官一样会烦。问问自己，为什么要找这份工作？好好想想。2 了解准东家的工作文化这是个价值观的问题，有些公司就恨不得你迷失自我沉迷工作，有些公司反而会鄙视面试时把自己卖太贱的人，有些公司都是学霸，喜欢听你引经据典；有些公司都是 self-made men，就恨那些拽名词装逼的。我就面试过满嘴都是外国专家中文译名的掉书袋的海龟，seriously，你是个海归啊，为什么不直接用英文呢？你把 Krashen 说成克拉申，一秒就土了。要么，他就是以为我不知道 Krashen 的英文么？但也不一样，有人就觉得翻译成中文译名才得体，你说了一堆 Krashen 对方觉得你跩洋文了不起么，一样有鄙视了面试官的作用。如何了解呢？去查一查你所应聘的部门的成员背景，如果大家有公开的档案，不妨就搜索一下，看看他们的学历、自我介绍、教课的背景。这都很有用。3 网络面试一定记得穿裤子越来越多线上教育允许异地办公，也就牵扯到网络面试。请大家注意自己的银幕形象，前一段时间我面试参加OSU美国教师培训项目的老师们，也是类似的情况。这些面试者们有的在镜头前加了高光，自己还画了个妆。这就是很好的态度。当然，我是个 casual 的人，那些刚洗完澡头发还湿着的老师，只要资质够，我也会考虑。不过，姑娘们啊，还是要注意一下啊。另外，就是关于裤子。网络面试请务必穿裤子，既然上身已经打扮得那么趁头了，花点时间选条裤子吧。我有个外国朋友，他的网络面试最后一个问题永远是，我能知道你现在穿什么鞋子么？ —— 这个还要狠一些。再说一句裤子，你永远不知道自己屋子里哪个反光的表面会出卖你。4 你还有其他问题吗？很多面试官喜欢最后问这个问题，请不要说“没有问题”，这让人觉得你没有准备一样的，让人觉得你好像自以为什么都知道了。也不要问“咱们年假几天啊？” —— 原因你自己脑补吧，如果补不上，问题就更严重了。比较保险的问题包括，“在您的企业里，什么样的员工算是优秀的员工”，“做这个岗位的人通常有什么样的特点”…… 你这样问还可以自评呢。5 可衡量的过去很多人的答案都是不可衡量的，这让你会变得很平凡。例如，你说“我做事认真，对学生热情”…… 面试官会睡着的，因为一百个人都这样说。请把自己的优秀品质转化成可衡量的描述，如何描述呢？动词、形容词、加数字。例如，你可以说“我建立了学生的档案，有100多个，从他们的上课习惯，到知识点情况，都有“。“我连续两年接了差班，后来我们的平均分排在区里前十”。再例如，假如有人让我介绍我自己，我就会说：我的强项就是抓教学，我仅仅靠提高教学质量，就把一个部门的业绩从460万翻到700万，你想知道我是怎么做到的吗？我可以告诉你 ……此处再加一条，你的答案最好还能勾搭面试官问你更多的问题，都往你的优点上问，这时候，你就主导了整个局面。6 买卖不成情谊在有些面试成功了，有些面试不成功。但是保持礼貌，甚至和面试官保持联系，放长线都有可能钓到鱼。我记得以前在电视台的时候，面试过一个姑娘，海归，特别可爱。但最后的确有更强的竞争者，我们没有要她。但我还是很开心地推荐她到其他的媒体，后来她又换了工作，我们还保持着update联系。最后，有个陷阱和大忌，新人容易跳进去的坑。这就是：你为什么离开前一个工作？此时千万不要开启吐槽模式。（关于吐槽前东家，请猛击这篇呕心沥血掏心掏肺贴）这个问题其实是在考察人性阴暗面，你把前东家说的有多恶毒，面试官的脊梁骨就有多凉。技巧可以是，夸奖准东家各种好，你的特质有多么适合准东家，引开话题不要说前东家不是，而且也可以怀念在前东家的同事情谊，表示你自己是个合群的teamworker. 千万不要说什么“我把他们的学生名址库都拷出来了”之类的话，也不要做这样的事…… 准东家不会觉得你胳膊肘朝他拐，准东家真的不会觉得你胳膊肘朝他拐，请自己脑补原因，如果脑补未果，请留言，我来告诉你。嗯嗯，这些贴士都没人告诉你，我写给你吧。
