还可以发名片 便于他们家长保存。比大张的传单效果要好。还有就是跟踪回访，对咨询过的家长记录下其联络方式，主动定期回拨，询问是否需要报名。还有就是在培训学校内部开展推荐新学员的活动，比如老的学生带来一个新学生的话，可以奖励他一个书包或者什么其他的文具。针对少儿的话，可以开展类似托管那样的，比如有的家长下班晚，你们就可以托管，连带辅导其他科目的功课。其余的时间的话 可以针对年龄更小的幼儿英语。或者是组织外语角，聘些老外来组织英语角，可以面向各类需要锻炼口语的人群。 招聘任课教师的话，要注意他们是不是有教学经验，那种没有经验的学生，会导致学生没兴趣，就可能转校了。而且口语一定要好，这是首要的，别的备课或许都可以弥补，但是口语如果磕磕巴巴不标准，那就太让人失望了。不仅是学生失望，家长也会觉得没水准。 我觉得垃圾桶不好啊 那东西一般都脏乎乎的 也没人会瞪着那个东西看啊。还不如印成小扇子发给路人。或者做快轨广告。
