都可以吧，不是三年级才开始开英语课吗？我是这样的。然后四年级开始学新概念1，这本书对小学以致初中都很有作用。新概念2是高中的了。剑桥应该会比较简单，新概念1课程比较多，书有点厚，我是学了半年还是将近一年，才基本学完这本书（包括练习册）。对于一年级的小孩，我觉的还是学早了，除非他对英语有兴趣。新概念1对于完全没学过英语不认识字母的而且年龄还这么小小的孩儿，我觉的不合适，会有困难，学起来会吃力。

我觉得学英语还是得从孩子喜欢的形式开始，而且英语开始最好注意选择能掌握地道口语的教材和老师，我劝你还是学新概念英语，老师只是想赚钱罢了。新概念非常非常适合小学1或2年级学生。新概念 的 知识要点强 剑桥 仅仅是为了考试而上课 我是这么认为的
