具体要看你的要求和目前的基础来评判和选择，具体可分以下几种情况：如果从来没有学习过英语的幼儿学习的话，可以选择类似abcmouse等启蒙软件来学习，实惠又实用，效果很不错。如果是从来没开始学习过英语或者基础极差的中小学生，可以选择线下机构学习一些语法和基础知识，像新东方或一些专门补习专项训练的机构。如果是有一定基础的中小学生或成人，如果想快速提升口语和交流能力，应付雅思托福或中考人机对话口语的，可以选择线上机构，像52talking就是性价比很高的老牌平台，在上面找个老外练习效果是很明显的。如果是基础语法都有欠缺又想达到快速交流口语技能的，建议自学能力强的可以买些语法书和试卷专项训练，自学能力不强的找个线下机构培训基本的知识，然后再找个线上平台的外教一对一提升，两者结合起来效果最好。以上是作为一个英语学习者过来人的经验体会。自己有孩子也在学习，本人也用英语进行工作交流的。

口语培训一般是根据学员的水平来定班级的，常分为中级、高级、影视班，每个班级的学费一般在几千，学完三个班，基本上口语就没有问题了。要想学好英语口语，有一个基本的步骤：1、多听：多听地道的英语材料，如电影、广播、电视剧等。2、模仿：听了之后，要模仿，先从简单的句子开始。3、练习：找到一起学的搭档，大胆地说。4、应用：找到一切可用的机会，秀你的英语。要想做到上面四步，线上的课程不是不可以，但效果方面要差很多。因此我觉得还是报口语培训班比较好，可以到长沙开口秀情景英语了解一下，在长沙都是属于前列的。当然也有其他的机构，要找到最适合自己的方式。
