要说起空姐相信很多人并不陌生,因其严格的选拔标准,再加上可以一直在蓝天上飞翔,一直都是万千少女羡慕的职业,因为它们不仅仅有优雅的气质,更有让人着急的微笑。所以很多的女生从小可能就有一个成为空姐的梦想,而且不少的男生也希望自己可以拥有一个漂亮的空姐作为女朋友。但是很多乘坐飞机的人会发现飞,飞机上一直都是年轻漂亮的空姐,那些上了岁数的空姐它们哪里去了呢?难道说空姐就是吃的是青春饭?过了那个 年龄段真的就是必须要辞职吗?咱们听听一位曾经的空姐是怎么说的,这些岁数大的空姐都去哪了呢?说出来你可能都不相信。1、转为地勤其实整个航空公司是由很多的岗位组成的,飞机上机组人员只是航空公司的一小部分人而已,机场的地面很员反而是更多的,很多的上了岁数的空姐可能就会被安排到地面上的服务人员,或者是航空公司的其他需要的岗位上了,其他的岗位一样也是在为乘客服务,只不过可能不再是天空中服务罢了。2、自谋生路按照正常的退休流程来说,空姐只要不犯什么大的错误,是可以一直干到退休的,所以空姐几乎就可以说是没有失业这么一说,但是很多岁数大一些的空姐,可能自己选择离职自谋生路了,毕竟能当上空姐的各方面的能力都是很优秀的,所以即使是离开了这个岗位以后找一个工作养活自己也是不成问题。3、相夫教子还有不少的空姐由于整天在飞机上来回飞,耽误了自己的终身大事,岁数大了以后正好就找个人嫁了,凭借自己多年的空姐生涯积攒的积蓄完全可以在家相夫教子了,再者空姐找的对象也不是一般的家庭,所以即使在家闲着也不会为生计而担心。而且很多的空间还有高空飞行导致的职业病,在家可以正好调养一下自己的身体。除此之外,不少的空姐虽然岁数大了,但是依然活跃在飞机上面,为广大的乘客服务,只不过我们很多人没有接触到而已,这样的事情在国外可能会遇到的更多一些,国内现行遇到这样的事情相对少一些。

觉得工资高是吧,但是我可以负责任的说,性价比是极低的。飞国内航线的,在我们公司一个月1w2左右,拿1w5的都是在卖命了。你还是觉得挺高对吧,那么我想说的是,我大学也在某银行直辖市某分行实习过,我可以这样说空乘是比银行还累的,如果让你一周飞4天,而且必须有一天早班呢,早班是3点就要起床哦。有些同学又说了:没事啊,我大学经常上通宵呢,我想说的是,你熬个通宵不算什么这个我信,年轻人嘛。但问题是持续性熬夜呢?你受得了吗?如果你受得了那你爱人受得了吗?你孩子受得了吗?前面说了工作强度大,那么我仍然想说,假如一个工作有清晰的职业前景,那么我想大多数人即使玩命干也不会有太多抱怨。就好比公务员,其实现在公务员真的很累了,但是你看他们辞职了吗。为什么,因为人家职业前景清晰啊,通俗说,他知道他在为什么而干。第四,航司缺少关怀。其实也很好理解,不只是航司啦,不管国企,还是公务机关,公司的人文关怀又什么时候会落到劳务派遣员工的身上呢。甚至一些航司规定是,假如女生在工作中回家生孩子了,那么在生育完回岗后。
