go to http://groups.msn.com/. you can find a variety of groups and most of the people under certain categories are certainly english speakers. more specifically, after you go on http://groups.msn.com/, look for "people" category, after you click into it, go to Ethnic Groups, you can find many english speaking groups in this category.
