Stories, poems, riddles,jokes songs are all good for little kids. I will have them practice English asa whole class, group work, pair work or independent work. Whatever works outfor the children I will do it. There is never one way to success.

要应聘讲师的话就要给人足够的专业印象。简历上将自己的英语水平醒目标出；托福雅思分数、专八分数等；有相关授课经验也醒目标出；面试的时候重点讲一讲自己的授课经历、专业技巧、最好能试讲。还有表现的阳光一点，有亲和力一点，能掌控全局一点。

不知道你是面试的初中高中的，基本上就是做一套中考或者高考题，再讲段课。如果你题做的不错，说明你基本知识扎实，如果讲课还可以说明表达能力可以，再有教师资格证就一点问题没有了。

具体什么问题不好说。但是英文自我介绍这一关是肯定有的。还有就是问你的工作经历，实践经历，你个人的优点等等。你最好都先用英文写好，自己能够背诵一些，这样临场有发挥余地。 最后必须胆大，心细，脸皮厚。要有坚强的心理素质，不要怕，发挥你正常水平就可以了。
